  • By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized representatives.
  • Full payment or deposit (as specified) is required to confirm your reservation.
  • Payments are accepted via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or authorized payment gateway.
  • Bookings are only valid once payment has been received and confirmed.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations more than 7 days before the tour: Full refund minus administrative fees.
  • Cancellations 3–6 days before the tour: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations less than 48 hours before the tour: No refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

4. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate personal and booking details.
  • Please be ready at the agreed pickup time. Any delays on the customer's side may result in a shortened tour, and no refunds will be provided for missed activities.
  • Any special requirements (dietary needs, health conditions) must be informed at the time of booking.

5. Our Responsibility

  • We ensure that all tours are conducted safely and professionally.
  • Bali Voyager Co. is not liable for loss, damage, or injury caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, natural disasters, third-party negligence).
  • We reserve the right to adjust itineraries due to unforeseen conditions while ensuring the best possible experience.

6. Data Privacy

  • We respect your privacy. Personal data is only used for booking, communication, and service delivery.
  • Your data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

7. Changes to Terms

  • Bali Voyager Co. may update or modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
